C League - 3 per team
Subsequent HR are outs.
Ball that touches player yet carries fence does not count against HR limit
Interleague games use the lower team's home run limit, no other pity rules in
effect.
XL "Green Monster" is in play.
Home team responsible for keeping the book. All protests handled on the field
by plate umpire (his/her decision final).
All league and USSA rules apply.
